Frequently Asked Questions

1. All bed linens and towels are included for your stay. An initial supply of toilet paper, coffee, shampoo, conditioner and soaps are also supplied. 2 sets of washers and dryers are on the property for your use.
   

2. Guests are allowed to book dates on a first-come basis, we occasionally will have open dates left unreserved.  In that event, we make every attempt to get the open dates filled by offering reduced rates or specials.  Should you receive one of these special offerings your confirmed reservation rate will NOT be eligible for a rate reduction.
   

3. Check-in is at 4:00PM and Check-out is by 10:00AM, if you need to alter these times, we will make every attempt to accommodate you, but if we have back to back rentals, it is almost impossible, as the cleaning company needs time to prepare for the next guests. There is a $50.00 per 1/2 hour charge for late check-outs without prior notice.
   
4. We are located 3 blocks to the lakefront and public boat mooring area in the historic district of downtown Lake Geneva. Boat trailer parking is not found in the downtown Lake Geneva area, so bring along your boat and a special area to park your trailer is supplied at The Nautical.
   
5. Beach passes are available for the duration of your stay at $5.00 a piece. Each pass allows you entry to the Lake Geneva Beach everyday during your stay.  Beach entry is $6.00 per person/per day at the gate, so this is a huge savings.  You may request up to 12 passes to be at the home on your arrival.
   
6. Walk out the front door 1 block to all the Lake Geneva area attractions. Restaurants galore, shopping haven, beer gardens, movie theatre, children's arcade. Once you arrive and park your vehicle, you will not need your car.
   
7. Directions to the nearest grocery and convenient stores can be found on our Welcome Letter at the house on your arrival.
   
8. There is a 50% deposit required to hold your reservation. Balances are due 30 days prior to arrival.
   
9. There is no need for us to mail you keys because you will gain access to our home with a combination, which will be sent to you prior to check-in.
   
10. The "City of Lake Geneva" strictly prohibits bonfires or contained fires other than our BBQ Grill provided. Our home is located within the city limits; therefore, this rule is strictly enforced. FIREWORKS are prohibited throughout the State of Wisconsin.
    
11. The home will be ready for you upon check-in and will be cleaned after you depart. If you require additional housekeeping during your stay please contact us.
