has 2 theme-based vacation rental homes right next door to each other and right in downtown Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. The 6 bedroom home is decorated throughout in lighthouse and sailboat decor. The 5 bedroom home is decorated throughout in all Key West and Beach decor. The furnishings, bedding, linens and dinnerware are all in a 'Nautical' theme. We specialize in weekend getaways, family gatherings, family reunions, wedding parties, corporate events, bachelorette and bachelor parties

While staying at The Nautical Inn you can choose the vacation rental accommodations that suit your needs. You have 4 unique choices:

Rent the 5 bedroom rental home that accommodates 12 guests.

Rent the 6 bedroom rental home that accommodates 14 guests.

Rent both the 5 and 6 bedroom homes that accommodates 26 guests.

Add in the studio apartment that accommodates 3 guests in conjunction with either house and we can accommodate up to 29 guests all on the grounds of "The Nautical Inn."

All guests are welcome to use the Community Room on the grounds that has a Foosball Table, Tons of Games, Books and Puzzles and over 300 Movies in the Movie Library. Also, in the Community Room an Office Center with Wireless Internet for those that need some quiet time, additional kitchen area and full bathroom.

A stay at one of our rental homes in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin is a whimsical treat, located in the downtown Lake Geneva Historic District. This is the location where visitors have been coming to play for over a quarter century. Right outside the front door you will find bustling night life, renowned restaurants, superb shopping and area attractions.

Guests can remember those long summer days, relaxing and people watching on our large front porches, complete with wicker furniture. Or, sit back and enjoy a cool drink or lunch on our rear back deck, complete with a patio/umbrella set, lots of seating and a BBQ grill. We have plenty of off-street parking and a designated area for boats and trailers, on a first come basis. The public boat launch is only three short blocks away.
